Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kratom Hood, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their orders. This policy outlines the procedures for returns and refunds to ensure a clear and fair process. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or is incorrect, you must notify us immediately.

  • Reporting Window: All claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.
  • Required Documentation: To process a claim, you must provide the following via email to info@kratomhood.com:
    • Your full name and order number.
    • A brief description of the issue.
    • Clear photographic evidence showing the damage or incorrect item, as well as the condition of the shipping box.
  • Resolution: Once we have reviewed and approved your claim, we will offer a replacement free of charge or a full refund to your original payment method.

Failure to report issues within the 48-hour window may result in the claim being denied.

2. General Returns (Change of Mind)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items subject to the following conditions:

  • Return Window: A return must be initiated and the item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened or had their safety seals broken.
  • Return Authorization: You must contact us at info@kratomhood.com to obtain approval before sending any items back. Returns received without prior approval may be refused.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons regarding botanical products, the following categories are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless they were damaged or incorrect upon arrival:

  • Any product that has been opened or has a broken safety seal.
  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@kratomhood.com with your order number and reason for the return. For damage claims, include the required photos.
  2. Receive Approval: If your return is eligible, we will provide you with instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the Items: Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit. Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
  • Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately via email. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If a shipping label has already been created or the order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a General Return (shipping fees will apply).
